How do I purchase items from this website?
Simply click on the item you require (or the Order link if it is a ringtone)
and a Sales Pop-Up window will appear.
Simply follow the online ordering instructions and pay for your order.
You item will then be delivered straight to your mobile phone.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay by Phone, Text or PayPal.
If you are paying by Phone, It is best to use a HOME PHONE, as mobile
phone rates will be more expensive!
Can I preview the ringtones first?
Yes. To do this, simply click on your chosen song title. Your desktop
media player will then play the tune.
I've paid for my item but it hasn't been delivered to my mobile phone!
What should I do?
In the first instance, try one or more of the following:
- Your item SHOULD arrive instantly, but please be patient. Orders
that are delivered via SMS can take up to 24 hours to be delivered
dependant on local network congestion.
- Your WAP connection may not have succeeded the first time. Try again.
- Check that you have a signal on your phone. If you haven't got a
signal, it can't get through.
- Did you check that your phone
is compatible to receive the item. You should have checked BEFORE
ordering!
Refunds CANNOT be given for orders placed with incompatible
phones
If you have tried all of the above and still haven't received your item,
you will have to fill out the online
Support Form
Make sure you have all info to hand such as make of phone, item ordered,
etc.

I tried to order, but my make of phone is not in the dropdown list.
Can I still place an order?
No. If your make of phone is not on the list, it is NOT compatible
with our products.

Do I have to subscribe to your service?
No! You only pay for the items you choose when you visit this website.
We do NOT charge RIP-OFF monthly subscriptions and we DON'T charge you
by sending you unwanted ringtones via reversed SMS.
